3. Extract the PS3 folder you downloaded in mediafire into your usb stick.

5: Navigate to Settings Tab
6: Choose System Update
7: Choose Update via Storage Media
8: It will say it found Version 4.46-jb
9: Choose OK
10: Accept Conditions and Install Update
